St. Cloud has been an innovator on public safety with programs like the COP House that have strengthened community relations and neighborhoods. I will work to support law enforcement and restore safety to Minnesota communities by making sure we enforce laws and sentences for criminals, and by passing new strong penalties for carjackings, and other violent crimes. We need to ensure the criminals are punished for their crimes and stop the spread of crime into our communities.

Minnesota has a fully-funded state budget and the largest surplus in state history. While government is doing well, too many Central Minnesota families are struggling as a result of record high gas prices and inflation. Minnesota needs to stop overtaxing families — I will work to cut your taxes, and deliver one of the largest tax cuts in state history. This includes permanently ending the tax on seniors social security benefits.

As a small business owner, I know how hard it's been for our Main Street businesses to survive and get their legs back under them after the pandemic. Inflation, supply chain and workforce challenges, and gas prices all are putting a squeeze on all businesses. I will put my experience as a business owner to work to promote a healthy business environment that will generate good jobs that can support Central Minnesota families. I will focus on accountability and transparency with government spending – valuing every dollar and cutting every penny of waste and fraud.

Every child deserves a great education, and every parent has the right to be involved and have a voice in what's being taught to their children. I will work to keep schools focused on math, reading, writing, and science — not politics — and make sure that parents are a respected partner in shaping our education system

I am a strong supporter of life who will protect the unborn, as well as our aging seniors who deserve quality care close to home. I will oppose extreme efforts to roll back Minnesota's longstanding bipartisan pro-life laws, and always promote the dignity of life at all stages.
